What are the benefits?

The treatment causes damage to the hair follicles over time resulting in the hair becoming finer and softer with a long-term reduction in hair growth.

Medical grade Laser and IPL Technologies (including pain-free) are available for hair reduction treatments on the face and body. Reducing hair from virtually any part of your body, treatment will leave your skin feeling soft and smooth, free from painful in-growing hairs.

What is the downtime?

This treatment does not require any downtime. You may return to normal activities straight after your treatment.

Are there any possible side effects?

The treated area may appear slightly red, raised and feel warm for a few hours. Slight swelling may occur on occasion, bruising is rare but can happen (associated with vascular treatments). Treatment on vascular areas or pigmentation may darken immediately after treatment – this is part of the healing process and will improve over a few days.

How many treatments do I need for best results?

Treatment time varies depending on the area being treated – this will be explained during your consultation. Multiple treatments are required to ensure all hairs are treated effectively.
