About us

University College Birmingham has run a successful, open-to-the-public beauty salon and spa for more than two decades. Answering the demand for ‘results-driven’ aesthetic treatments as well as relaxation treatments, the Treatment Rooms clinic offers a wide range of cutting-edge, non-invasive procedures, alongside more traditional hair and beauty services.

We are a commercial clinic adhering to Joint Council for Cosmetic Practitioners (JCCP) and Cosmetic Practice Standards Authority (CPSA) guidelines. All students are skilled, knowledgeable and professional and undergo thorough training before undertaking client treatments for your complete peace of mind. Our highly-qualified lecturers have a wealth of industry experience and are always on hand to assist students.

Our purpose-built clinic facilities include a medical grade 2 laser as well as the latest ultrasonic cleaning technology and UV technology to reduce the risk of infection transmission. Our state-of-the-art equipment includes Observ 520, 3D Skintech and Carlton ThermaVisage, while we use cosmeceutical product ranges and treatments from top brands including Lynton Lasers and Mesoestetic. Our training clinic allows us to offer the latest treatments at a fraction of what you’d pay on the high street.

We look forward to welcoming you to Treatment Rooms.
